We have a global customer base and a large presence in the Indian market. The company is owned by Western Thomson Group PTE, Singapore and we have two production facilities in India, a UK based sales/technical office and a US based warehousing/technical support facility.

S. Subramanian is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Director on the board of Western Thomson India. He has over 30 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Corporate planning, Systems, Project execution,and Business development background. Prior to joining us he has been in various senior positions in various companies including as Head of Business at Neel Industries (JBM Group), Unit Head at Motherson Automotive Technologies and as Head of Production and Industrial Engineering in Siemens VDO. He is a graduate in Engineering from Regional Engineering College (now known as NIT), Trichirappalli in the year 1978 and holds a Masters in Management from Poona University.
Kameshwaran is a Non-Executive Vice Chairman of Western Thomson (India) Ltd and is overall responsible for Group companies. He is a founder Director of Nippon Thermostat India Ltd. His previous employment was Managing Director of SPIC Holdings and Investments Ltd. He worked in the SPIC Group for over 30 years and was involved in Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd (one of the largest producers of LAB in India) from 1985 to 1996, where he was made Managing Director. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Venkat Chidambaram is a director on the board of Western Thomson (India) Ltd. Previously he held a senior Investment management position in Towry, a leading financial services firm in the UK. Prior to that he was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at TFO Management LLP and spent over ten years as an Investment Director with GAM, a division of UBS (Union Bank of Switzerland) based in London, UK. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University (AIU) in London and an MBA from Cass Business School, London. He served in the British Army Volunteer Reserve (TA) from 1993 to 1999.
Joined the Group in 1974 as a trainee. He is General Manager of Nippon Thermostat (India) Limited. Previously he was responsible for the management of the Oil Cooler unit of India Radiators in Pondicherry and was head of R & D with India Radiators. He has spent most of his career in R&D activities relating to the area of Cooling Systems and has extensive experience in this field. He holds a M.Sc Degree in Chemistry from the American College in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
He joined us in 2016 and has more than 35 years of experience in Engine Cooling systems, tooling, machine building/ Stamping and Manufacturing. Previously worked as Senior Manager at Universal Radiators Limited, Coimbatore and in India Radiators Limited.
Having joined our Group in 2008, is responsible for New Business Development for Domestic and Export Markets and handles the commercial process of product pricing, RFQ's and managing projects. He is responsible for the domestic Aftermarket business operations of our group. He is an MBA graduate from the University of Madras and has been a part of WTI for more than a decade now.
He joined our Group in 2017 and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pondicherry university. He is responsible for managing individual projects and co-ordinating between customers and WTI development team. In addition he is involved in managing the domestic aftermarket business of our group.
